Procedure
  1. Tie one end of three pieces of cord together with a simple knot. You may want to anchor the strands to something as you braid.
  2. Braid these three pieces of cord together and tie off the ends once done
  3. Thread the beads onto the cord.
  4. Tie a loop to the end of the cord to fasten the bead to
  5. Tie the paddle on to the middle of the cord.
